LOOKING FOR A NEW THERAPY/CONSULTING ROOM IN GLASGOW?
We are hosting another OPEN EVENING for those looking for consulting/therapy/counselling room hire in Glasgow city centre. Please see booking information below.
We are excited to announce that we now have a third room (The Orwell Room) available to rent in addition to our other two therapy and consulting rooms.
The Orwell Room has been newly decorated. It has brand new furniture and equipment and is ready and waiting for its new users.
It is well equipped, has 4 wingback chairs (so suitable for individual therapy, couples therapy and small groups/meeintgs) and has lots of lovely extras, including dimmer lights that allow you to create and . It's a light and calming atmosphere.
OPEN EVENING
We will be hosting an Open Evening on Thursday 15th September 2022 between 4.30pm and 6.30pm. This will give you the chance to come along and look at the rooms available, including our new Orwell Room. Refreshments will also be provided for visitors. There is also the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
HALF-PRICE ROOM HIRE
We are also offering 1/2 price room hire until Saturday 1st November 2022. So, it will be £7 per hour for new Room Users until that date. It will return to full-price (£14) thereafter. We are offering this to the first 5 new room users only who sign up between now and 1st November.
FREE SUPPORT AND SUPERVISION GROUP
We are also offering any new Room Users a free place at our next Support and Supervision Group (date to be confirmed) which is led by an experienced and qualified clinical supervisor who is also an accredited psychotherapist and trainer.

Please also let us know what time slot you wish to reserve between 4.30pm-6.30pm (each time slot is 15 minutes, so 4.30m, 4.45pm and so on).

Focus on..... Binge Eating Disorder (BED) Binge Eating Disorder or BED is often characterised by someone consuming very large amounts of food over short period of time, even if they are not hungry. Although, we often see another form of binge eating that is characterised by an almost constant 'grazing' of food, which may amount to a large volume of food over time. BED is almost 2x as common in women than in men, although gender differences are less pronounced than in Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia Nervosa. BED has been found is all cultures and ethnicities. BED was formally classified in 2014 as distinct Eating Disorder and now has formal classification in DSM-5.
