We had a lovely staff day out yesterday...

We had a lovely staff day out yesterday to mark the end of the year. We had afternoon tea at a local vintage tearoon (thanks Butterfly and the Pig!), then back to our offices for some massage therapy (by Laura at Holistic Wellbeing Therapy), drinks, games, music, presents and chat. It was a lovely day and I even got some lovely presents from our generous therapists too that I was not expecting! Having time to rest, relax and have fun is really important and it's put us in good stead for the upcoming holidays. We close for the holidays tomorrow and we will post holiday dates then. It's important for all us to look after ourselves during the winter and especially during the upcoming busy winter holiday season. One thing you can do is make a Safe Box of Comfort Kit. We do this exercise with many of our clients and they report that it can really help them get through this time of year. ** HOW TO MAKE A SAFE BOX OR COMFORT KIT ** Make yourself a 'Safe Box' or a 'Comfort Kit'. This can be very useful during times of distress, overwhelm or when we
