Open Afternoon and 1/2 Price Therapy Room Hire in Glasgow city centre

EVENT: OPEN HOUR AT GLASGOW THERAPY ROOMS ON SUNDAY 30TH OCTOBER - BOOKING INFORMATION BELOW   We are excited to announce that we now have a third room (The Orwell Room) available to rent in addition to our other two therapy and consulting rooms.   The Orwell Room has been newly decorated. It has brand new furniture and equipment and is ready and waiting for its new users.   It is well equipped, has 4 wingback chairs (so suitable for individual therapy, couples therapy and small groups/meeintgs) and has lots of lovely extras, including dimmer lights that allow you to create and . It's a light and calming atmosphere.   OPEN HOUR We will be hosting an Open Hour on Sunday 30th October 2022 between 12pm and 1pm. This will give you the chance to come along and look at the rooms available, including our new Orwell Room. Refreshments will also be provided for visitors. FREE CLINICAL SUPERVISION GROUP ON SATURDAY 29TH OCTOBER 2022, 12-2PM, GLASGOW CITY CENTRE We're excited to announce we are providing a FREE Clinical Supervision Group to all new room users who register to use our consulting/therapy/counselling rooms. The FREE Clinical Supervision Group will take place 12-2pm on Saturday 29th October 2022 at our offices in Glasgow city centre. Coffee and cake will also be provided. The group will be attended by accredited/advanced therapists, trainee therapists, experienced therapists and newly qualified therapists from various modalities. The group will be facilitated by an accredited psychotherapist and fully qualified clinical supervisor. Mental Health Awareness Day 2022

  Monday 10th October is Mental Health Awareness Day   It's a chance for everyone to get into a conversation about mental health and ways to improve mental health and wellbeing.    It's a chance to raise awareness of mental health conditions and get involved in the wider discussion about personal experiences around mental health.   It's a chance to share, work together, listen to each other and commit to improving the situation.   It's chance to have your voice count.   Today, we are providing free online drop-in therapy sessions with two of our therapists. We are also providing two talks to other companies today: one is a eating disorders myth-busting workshop; and the other is a workshop on how to improve mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.    We all have a part to play today: whether it's asking someone how they really are or whether it's training up organisations to improve their corporate mental wellbeing policy.   Whatever the case may be, it'
