REWIND TRAUMA THERAPY WORKSHOP

Thanks to David Muss from the International Association for Rewind Trauma Therapy for his generosity and providing a free 1-day workshop for psychotherapists, counsellors, psychologists and other mental health practitioners to learn the technique.

It was an interesting day on Saturday, at Glasgow University, catching up with some friends and colleagues and other members of our sister organisation, The CBT'ers Club.

Some of us from Talking EDs and The CBT'ers Club have some ideas of how to take forward this therapeutic technique in Scotland, so you may hear more about this in the future.

EDNOS/OSFED Eating Disorder Not Otherwise Specified (or EDNOS) is now increasingly known as OSFED (Other Specified Feeding and Eating Disorder) accounts for the highest percentage of eating disorders.
