In-person appointments are available at our offices in Glasgow city centre and and online appointments are available to anyone across the UK (we have people accessing therapy with us from across the UK).
Appointments can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly - you are in the driving seat and therapy is tailored to your needs and situation.
