Whatever the case might be, we are here to listen and support you. Therapy and counselling go at your pace. There is no judgement; no hurry; no expectation to talk about anything you don't want to. Just support, encouragement, care and going at your pace.

We offer online appointments to anyone in the UK and in-person appointments at our lovely offices in Glasgow city centre. Some of our therapists can also offer telephone appointments too.

We even have a dietitian and nutritionist on board who can also offer support with food and eating, increasing energy levels, balanced eating and more if you feel you want to work on that too.

All of our therapists are fully qualified, insured, professional and are friendly and supportive too. Appointments are private and confidential and tailored to you.

Interested? Want more information? Feel free to get in touch today to find out how we can support you.

Remember, therapy isn't just for the 'big' things in life; many people come along before things get worse: getting support as early as possible is really important to prevent things getting worse.

Therapy isn't just for 'mental health' concerns: we see many people who are also looking to increase confidence; become more assertive; find meaning in life; reduce stress; work through career and life goals; find balance in life and lots more.

Get in touch today if you have any questions, need more information or want to book an appointment. It's time to engage in some self-care and spend some time on you.

Best wishes,
