Engaging with counselling and psychotherapy is another way of helping you to move towards deveoping resilience and helps you to practice new tools and startegies that will assist and support you during any dofficult times you may encounter in the future.
Our friendly, supportive and encouraging team of therapists are here to support and listen to you. They tailor appointments to you and go at your pace. Appointments can be weekly or fortnightly and while you are always in the driving seat, your therapist will be there alongside you to guide and support you through any problems or concerns you are looking to work on and improve.
