PSYCHOTHERAPY, COUNSELLING AND DIETETIC APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE IN GLASGOW AND ACROSS THE UK

That's us now back from our festive break and we know that the new year can be a tricky time for many, for lots of different reasons. We all need someone to talk to sometimes.... don't we?

Talking to others about our problems, concerns, thoughts, feelings or about whatever is going on for us in life can be tricky at times. It can be hard to open up and have time to focus on ourselves.

However, your mental and emotional health is sooooooo important and deserves the same care as your physical health.

Sometimes we all need someone to talk to - about the big and the smaller things in life.

Perhaps you need a listening ear and someone to talk to about life's struggles and stresses. Or perhaps you experience low mood, depression, anxiety, problems with food/eating, OCD, body dysmorphic disorder, self-harm etc. and other mental health issues.

Or perhaps you need some support with increasing confidence, self-esteem, relationship issues, assertiveness, stress and more.

Whatever the case may be, our experienced and qualified psychotherapists and counsellors can offer support and a listening ear through psychotherapy and counselling. We can offer a range of talking therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy (CBT), Integrative Psychotherapy, SFBT, Person-Centred Counselling, exploratory/existential, general counselling, coaching and more.

We even have a registered dietitian who works with many of our clients too and you are welcome to access appointments with her too.

If you feel that things are getting on top of you or that you are struggling to cope, then perhaps it's time to reach out for some help and support.

Feel free to get in touch with us today and we will set up an initial appointment with you and one of our friendly and understanding therapists today.

All our therapists are fully qualified, experienced and skilled. They all attend clinical supervision and hold membership with professional bodies too.

You are also welcome to get in touch if you want more information or if you have any questions.

In-person appointments are available at our offices in Glasgow city centre and online appointments are available to anyone across the UK (we have therapists across Scotland and England).

Our contact details are below. Take care and speak soon.

Best wishes,
